What is the relationship between reader and author in a digital age which blurs the borders between the two? How can literature be political today in the Anthropocene? These and others questions will be addressed during the international symposium Text-World–World-Text. The CROWD OMNIBUS Reading Tour will also make a stop at the FORUM STADTPARK, where the symposium “Text-World–World-Text – On the relationship between experimentation, politics and literature” will be held. Over two days, more than 20 authors from Europe and beyond who are working in the field of so-called experimental literature will discuss today’s role of the author in society and also offer an in-depth look into their literary and aesthetic approaches and perspectives.
